CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Navia Beauty Studio values your time and ours. To ensure all clients receive the best possible service and to maintain a fair schedule, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy. Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows: "No-shows" (failing to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete your service, which may result in a, shortened service or cancellation, while still charging the full service fee. Card on File: A credit card is required to secure all bookings. By booking, you authorize Navia Beauty Studio to charge your card for cancellation fees. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us immediately if you have an unexpected, unavoidable, or medical emergency so we can discuss a waiver.
