CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Navia Beauty Studio values your time and the clinical integrity of our schedule. To ensure every client receives a dedicated transformation, the following terms apply to all bookings: Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits & Late Cancellations: For all services $100 and over, the $50 non-refundable clinical deposit will be forfeited if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. For services under $100, late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows: Failing to arrive without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals: To maintain our clinical standards, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation. The full service fee still applies to protect our specialist's time. Card on File: A credit card is required to secure all bookings. By booking, you authorize the studio to charge your card for applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Emergencies: We understand life happens. In the event of a true medical emergency, please contact us immediately to discuss a one-time waiver or credit transfer.
